We are a small kennels situated in the beautiful township of Rangiora,North Canterbury which is 30 minutes from Christchurch.
Our aim is to expose the breed in the most positive way showing its true gentle giant nature out in public, in
the showring and in the home.
We also will be working at bettering the breed extensively here in NZ thanks to friends with the same passion and outlook,trying
to change the common NZ style mastino into something that breeders here and overseas will be proud of.
Dont get me wrong,there have been some good mastini bred and/or imported into NZ but there still seems to be the typical
'not true to type' clone like animals being bred together to produce 'pet quality' mastini only. I guess this happens everywhere,so
our other intention is to educate new owners/breeders in a positive light and get them on the right track.
We are still new to this amazing breed but are forever gaining knowledge and the drive to strive for what true mastini
really are,it will take time but its definately worth the wait.
